The NHL G.O.A.L ERG is a diverse community of employees helping each other to develop the skills, form the connections and build the experience they need to achieve personal and professional goals.

Hockey in Color is aimed at fostering inclusion for BIPOC employees by creating a safe space and a sense of community with fellow identifiers and allies within the organization. All programming falls within our three pillars of Community, Building, Education, and Impact. 

The NHL Mental Health & Wellness ERG aims to support, educate, and be an advocate for our members and NHL employees to achieve a better overall mental and physical well-being.

The Pride ERG celebrates people being their true, authentic selves at work, creating a workplace that allows employees to be more productive and willing to share their ideas irrespective of their orientation or gender identity, leading to a better employee experience 

The Veteran ERG is committed to supporting, encouraging and guiding veterans, those currently serving, and anyone involved in the military community as they navigate life at the NHL. 

The NHL Women's ERG inspires the professional and personal growth of NHL women and their supporters by providing learning opportunities in an environment built on positivity and inclusion.
